Imaging the Eye: Helping the World to See


Asia Pacific Ocular Imaging Society (APOIS) is absolutely delighted to unveil the results of the highly anticipated APAO-APOIS Imaging Competition, which captivated participants and judges alike during its third session in 2024-2025. With the resonant theme of "Helping the world to see," this competition sparked creativity and innovation from November 2024 until its thrilling conclusion in early January 2025, amassing an impressive array of over 1000 submissions across ten dynamic categories.

Our gratitude extends wholeheartedly to our esteemed panel of ten judges, whose selfless commitment and expertise ensured the integrity and excellence of the competition. Their dedication to meticulously assessing each entry played a pivotal role in the success of this event.

As we eagerly unveil the top two overall winners and celebrate the victors and runners-up across the diverse spectrum of categories, it's abundantly clear that the talent showcased in these submissions is nothing short of extraordinary. From breathtaking visuals to innovative techniques, each entry exemplifies the passion and dedication of its creator.

In recognition of the outstanding achievement, the first-place overall winner will receive well-deserved cash prize, courtesy of APOIS. Additionally, winners in each category will be honored with cash prizes and certificates of merit, underscoring their exceptional contributions.
