A 32-year-old woman presented with recurring eyelid swelling and ulceration, prompting further investigation. A scraping of the affected lid lesions revealed acid-fast bacilli, strongly indicating a diagnosis of lid tuberculosis. Notably, enlarged submandibular lymph nodes were discovered only after the patient removed her face mask for a closer examination. This ocular manifestation ultimately led to the identification of a systemic condition, revealing a deeper underlying diagnosis.
