Description:
It was a normal clinical day when a patient came in referring a very low visual acuity. I think that this was a perfect example that we have to look for first at the patient and then try the visual acuity or any other test. I was so impressed also because that was my first time viewing this pathology in reality. So the second step was to know more about patient's family (from grandfather to its son and other relatives)
